It's Christmas in July! Whether you are a church pianist, a piano teacher, or a student, you are probably beginning to look around for new sheet music for the 2025 Christmas and Advent season. We have a collection of many Christmas hymns and carols available in all levels (early elementary through advanced) for solo piano, with FREE pieces available in almost every level. I hope that the links and information below is helpful to you this year as you prepare for a Christmas recital, preludes/postludes at church, or look for new fun pieces to give to your students!
Easier Christmas Arrangements
If you have students who need some easier sheet music to work with, all of our Christmas music from late elementary and easier is completely FREE! You can hand these out to students as sight-reading practice or for recitals.
Our late elementary Christmas songs are a little bit longer, so they make for good piano solos as a Christmas prelude or special. I created these arrangements to still have a full sound even though they are easier, so some of them make for great easier songs (requiring less practice) for the church pianist as well!
In our elementary Christmas music, we have a few student/teacher duets (the primo part can also be used as a solo) and some Elementary Hymns for Sight-Reading practice pages, and in our early elementary category, you will find a couple more student/teacher duets. The primo part in these easy duets is intended more for a beginner student.

For Advent Weeks

Peaceful Christmas Hymns
This year, we added a Christmas volume to our Hymns of Hope and Peace series. Hymns of Hope and Peace: Christmas is one hour of late intermediate peaceful Christmas hymns. This is a great sheet music resource for background music at holiday parties, preludes at church services, or music for other holiday events. We are currently working on making all of the songs from this new hour available, but several songs can already be found on our website. For the Advanced Pianist
If you are looking for a more difficult Christmas arrangement to play as a special during the holiday, we have many advanced pieces including songs such as O Holy Night!, Mary Did You Know?, and I Saw Three Ships (this last one is FREE). You can find background tracks also available for many of these songs, which adds a bright touch of excitement to a performance!
