Whether you are new to this site and unfamiliar with its features or are struggling to find the song you are looking for, I thought I would write this article to explain some of the simple navigation tools and features we have to help you. Any underlined words in this article have been linked directly to their respective pages for ease of access.
The Search Bar
If you know exactly which song you are looking for, the fastest way to find it (or to find out if we offer it yet) is to use the search bar. On computers and some tablets, it is fairly easy to find. Simply scroll to the top of the page and it will be on the right-hand side of your screen in the header above the page names. If you don't see it here (this is common on phones), you can find the search bar by scrolling to the top of the page, clicking the magnifying glass icon, and then the search should appear.
If you can't find the song you are looking for using the search bar, please contact us! We may be making it available soon, otherwise I will add it to my list of requested songs.
Not only can you use the search bar for looking up songs, but you can also use it to find articles we have written. This gives you access to find information on certain hymn writers, sheet music for more specific holidays and themes, "how to" articles, and more from the search bar. To see results for articles instead of sheet music, simply click on "News and Information" on the results page.
Sheet Music Browsing Features
We have placed all of our sheet music into categories by level, by holiday, and by type.
To see all of the levels we have available, you can visit our "Shop by Level" page. This well let you choose which level of sheet music you want to look through. We also have all of our FREE songs broken down by level on this page. To see sheet music for specific holidays, you can find our "Shop by Holiday" page here or in the menu. All of these pages are available in the store menu, which can be found by clicking the icon with three lines in the top left or top right of your screen. Once on one of these pages, simply choose which level or holiday you want to browse by clicking on one of the options (found on the left-hand side of the screen on computers or at the top of the page on phones).
You can also browse by the type of sheet music you're looking for. If you are searching for Getty Music songs, piano duets, print books, digital books, or all digital sheet music, you can find each of these pages and more in the menu.
To see the first page of the song you're looking at, first click on the product to go to its page. From the song's page, click the second picture (it will look like a small picture of sheet music; you may have to scroll down slightly to see it) underneath the "cover photo" (the image with the song's title on it). This will give you a preview of the first page of the music.
To download sheet music once you have completed the checkout process, you can follow the step-by-step process we detail in this article: How Do I Download Sheet Music?. Digital products are available to download for five days after the purchase date.
Finding Background Tracks
We have background tracks available for many songs. If you choose to look through our background tracks page, you can see all of the tracks we currently have available. To hear the song or get the sheet music for the track you're looking at, scroll down to the "Product Overview" tab. Here you will find a preview video for the track and a link to the track's respective sheet music.
If you want to find a background track for a certain piece of sheet music, from the song's product page go to the same "Product Overview" tab. If the song has a background track available, you will find a link to it here!

Finding CDs & Digital Albums
CDs and digital albums can be found under the "CDs" category in the menu. From the CDs page, you can find all the physical CDs we offer plus any digital albums that we currently have available. We also have a USB/flash drive for those who would like a music stick to have in their car but don't have a CD player.
Purchasing or Redeeming Gift Certificates
To purchase a gift certificate, click the gift box icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen (or click here click here to be taken to the gift certificates page), fill out the requested information, add it to your cart, and checkout.
To redeem a gift certificate, follow the instructions on the "Redeem Gift Certificate" page, which can be found by clicking on the gift icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and selecting "Redeem Gift Certificate".
Using Discounts
Unless you received a coupon code from an event or promotion, all of our specials and discounts are automatically added to your cart when the requirements for the special are met (for instance, you add eight $2.50 songs to your cart to get them for $1.00 each). You do not have to use any coupon codes to activate regular discounts that are advertised on our website. If you have added all the items necessary to activate the discount to your cart and it still is not working, please contact us!
If you have a coupon code that you received during an event or special promotion, simply go to your cart, click "Add coupon code" (found above the subtotal), type in your code, and click "Apply". If you have done this and cannot get the code to work, it may be that the requirements for the code have not been met, the code may have expired, or there may be a mistake on our end. Please contact us if you have any problems!
