This song has been probably one of the most popular and well-known Christian church hymns for years and praises our holy Triune God. We can see the foundation for this hymn in Scripture when Isaiah speaks of the vision he had where the seraphim worshiped the Lord, calling out to each other, saying,

About the Arrangement
I had wanted to arrange Holy, Holy, Holy! for a couple years before I finally found an idea that I decided to try working with. I had actually intended the intro for this arrangement to be for a quiet Christmas song, but I decided it would work better for this piece. In working on this hymn, I decided to keep a quiet, thoughtful feel at the beginning while building into a triumph toward the center or heart of the song. By doing this, I hoped to reflect the lyrics as they proclaim the reverence we should have toward God in His matchless holiness and splendor.
